Materials & care
Materials. Polyester cooling face, PVA absorbent core, polyester mesh backer, nylon hook-and-loop. No gel packs, no plastic inserts, nothing to puncture.
Care. Soak for 3 minutes before the first use. Rinse after every walk, wring gently and air dry flat. Do not use fabric softener — it blocks the absorbent core. Hand wash only.

Guarantee & spares
Two years against manufacturing defects — stitching, hardware, springs, blades and material. Normal wear and chewing damage are not covered, but message us anyway and we will usually find a cheap fix. Consumable parts are not sold separately because nothing in this range has any.

Three questions we get every week
Does this stop heatstroke?
No, and we will not claim it does. It is a comfort product that helps keep your dog cool during walks. A dog left in a parked car or walked at 2 pm in July is still at risk — no wrap changes that.
How long does it stay cool?
Two to four hours per soak. Dry desert air pulls water out faster, so re-soak at the tap or carry a small bottle on longer walks.
Will it soak my dog's coat?
The mesh backer passes moisture slowly rather than dripping, but a damp coat is normal and dries in minutes outdoors. It is not a towel.
