Materials & care
Reflective Engraved Collar — 1000D nylon webbing, reflective polyester yarn, zinc-alloy D-ring, POM buckle and a 304 stainless plate. Cooling Neck Wrap — Polyester cooling face, PVA absorbent core, polyester mesh backer, nylon hook-and-loop. Reversible Bandana Duo — 100% cotton, 120 gsm, two layers, digitally printed with water-based pigment inks.
Wash each piece separately: nylon webbing and the cooling wrap by hand, cotton bandanas in the machine at 30°C, stainless steel wiped dry. Full care notes are on each product page.

Can I swap an item inside the set?
Within 14 days, yes — message us with what you want instead and we send a prepaid label. The set price holds as long as the replacement is the same value or lower; if it is higher we invoice the difference.
Do the three items arrive together?
Yes, in one parcel with one tracking link. Engraved pieces add 1–2 days to dispatch, because the name is cut after you order.
What if one item does not fit?
Send a photo on WhatsApp and we swap that single piece. You do not have to return the whole set, and you do not lose the discount.
