Materials & care
Materials. ABS handle, stainless steel pins, spring-loaded retraction mechanism. No glued pin beds — the pins are set into a moulded block.
Care. Pull hair out of the pin bed after every session and press the release button to clear it fully. Wipe the handle with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the mechanism. A drop of mineral oil on the button twice a year keeps it smooth.
Shipping & returns
Free UAE delivery over AED 200, otherwise a flat AED 25. Orders leave our workshop in 1–2 business days and reach the UAE in 7–12 business days. Guarantee & spares
Two years against manufacturing defects — stitching, hardware, springs, blades and material. Normal wear and chewing damage are not covered, but message us anyway and we will usually find a cheap fix. Consumable parts are not sold separately because nothing in this range has any.

Three questions we get every week
Will it scratch my dog's skin?
Not with light pressure. The pin tips are rounded and 12 mm long, so they reach the undercoat without touching skin. Press hard on a mat and any comb will pull — open the mat with the sparse side first.
Does it work on cats?
Yes, and most cat owners use the sparse side. Cats tolerate short sessions better than long ones — two minutes, then stop.
How often should I use it?
Once a week for a short coat, twice a week for a double coat in shedding season. Over-brushing irritates the skin as much as under-brushing.
